Kid's Workshop

The first Saturday of every month our local Home Depot does a kids workshop that the boys absolutely love to go to.  They get to build a project by themselves that they get to keep.  We're 3 for 3 so far this year.  I love watching them work- they concentrate so hard!  I had to get a few pictures of the action...

Grandmas & Their Grandsons

Our boys are so lucky to have Grandmas that live so close and that they're able to know and spend time with!  They have two amazing grandmas that love them and make life special for them.  They got to spend some fun time last weekend with both of them and I had to get a fun picture with both of them.  Thank you Grandma Mac & Granny Janny for all you do- You are both angels!

Presidents Day Weekend Walk

 We had some sunshine over the weekend (not that it was necessarily warm) but we had to get out for a family walk.  The boys had  fun talking to each other and we all loved getting some fresh air and some energy out.  A neighbor had their flag up and it was blowing in the wind, reminding us of Presidents Day, and the reason for a day off from school!

Valentines Day!!!

We had a lot of fun celebrating Valentines day this year- We made valentines cookies together, made our traditional heart shaped pizzas and exchanged simple yet fun gifts with each other to show our love.  My sweet father-in-law surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and Nate got me my favorite candy in the whole world & a thoughtful card. I had fun doing crafty decorations to make it special.  

Newport Beach

Before leaving California, we had to see the ocean, so we visited Newport Beach-  The boys loved running up and down the beach chasing seagulls, and we all loved feeling the sand in our toes!  It was a beautiful day and we wished we could've stayed longer!  

Disneyland!!!

After much waiting and saving up we finally got to experience Disneyland.  It was such a magical week and worth all the saving and waiting. We loved every minute of it, and had a wonderful family vacation together.  We can't wait to go again in the future!
